This video is the first in a series of 18 videos on the topic of Transportation Performance Management. The video provides an overview of the topic, while introducing a helpful timeline to indicate when new procedures need to be implemented. The series demonstrates a number of key instructional design principles, and we’ve created a shareable resource that analyzes how instructional design works to accomplish various goals in one of these videos.
